We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join us in providing exceptional care in our 87 Apartment Assisted Living Facility..
**Position:** Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . All positions require every other weekend.**Shifts Available:**
3:00pm - 11:30pm - Full Time (40 Hours a week)-
**Key Responsibilities:**- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.- Monitor residents’ health and document any changes in the condition to provide appropriate feedback.- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care is provided.- Foster a compassionate and safe environment that enhances residents' quality of life.
